All ACT engineers are PE and EE board certified. In addition, every technician is certified in three levels of residential installations by the National Cable Training Institute (NCTI): Video/Core, HSD, and CDV. After completing our intensive classroom and field training program, our technicians have level four tech status, ensuring that they have the expertise required for every job. ACT technicians regularly attend training programs on new technology, so they are prepared for the broadband business solutions of tomorrow.
